Here at Cookie Crumbles, our bakes are freshly baked upon ordering and no stale-stock is kept. This ensures better lifespan for your orders and optimal taste. As such, we require turnover time and are unable to allow same-day pick ups. Kindly place your orders early (ideally 2 - 4 days ahead of time) to avoid disappointment.

Yes! Cookie Crumbles SG offers Free Islandwide Delivery (excluding Sentosa and Tuas) for all orders exceeding SGD$180. For smaller orders, delivery is chargeable at a flat-rate of $20. You may also choose to arrange for a self-collection appointment with us, which is free of charge.

Yes! Self-collection is available at our homebased bakery at Tampines Central 7. Kindly select the Self-Collection option upon check out and we will contact you to arrange for pick up. Please note that we do not allow walk-ins without an appointment. All orders have to be placed minimally 3 days in advance as we bake each order fresh upon order. We do not keep stale stock.

In Singapore, Halal Certification for restaurants and food establishments are managed by MUIS, the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore. We regret to inform that at time of writing, Cookie Crumbles SG is not Halal Certified.

Yes, you most definitely can! To our best ability, we try to fulfil your requests to meet your preferred delivery dates. However, at times our order list might get quite substantial, and in such cases, you will be notified about the additional wait times. Please specify your desired delivery date at check out. If the selected date / time is not available, you will be contacted via your provided mobile number to arrange for another agreeable date.

Unfortunately, we regret to inform that Cookie Crumbles SG is unable to accept changes or offer refunds after your order has been placed. As such, we encourage you to check your order carefully before confirmation.

Yes, we do accept pre-orders. You may place and pay off an order as far as up to a maximum of 6 months ahead of schedule. Please rest assured that your order will not be forgotten.
